From the perspective of Ayurveda, losing weight is not about starving or suppressing the appetite. It is about balancing the metabolism and habits. Balance is the key, with this therapy that will be tailor made to suit your constitution. This Program exclusively includes some special Ayurveda therapeutic procedures, detoxification procedures, yoga, fitness trainings, and a customized diet according to the body constitution. There can be possible weight reduction of approximately 2 to 5 kilos in two weeks. The effect of slimming may show only after a week and extend of weight loss will largely depend upon the body constitutional type of the individual, hormonal imbalances, if any and hereditary factors.

Ayurveda Therapies

Package cost also includes various Ayurveda therapies, such as Abhyangam, Podikizhi, Elakizhi, Sirodhara, Nasyam, Pizhichil, and Njavarakizhi. (Therapies may vary based on doctor consultation.)

• Abhyangam – More than just muscle relaxation, this holistic therapy balances the body’s energies (Doshas), enhances emotional well-being, and promotes overall physical health.
• Podikizhi – An excellent anti-inflammatory treatment that helps relieve pain, stiffness, cramps, swelling, and inflammation.
• Elakizhi – Known for its detoxifying and pain-relieving properties; effective for muscle stiffness, joint pain, and related conditions.
• Sirodhara – A deeply calming treatment that promotes mental clarity, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being.
• Nasyam – Clears the upper respiratory tract by eliminating excess mucus and promoting better breathing.
• Pizhichil – A muscle rejuvenation therapy where warm medicated oils are poured over the body, soothing aches, reducing stiffness, and enhancing flexibility.
• Njavarakizhi – Offers benefits such as stress relief, muscle relaxation, and improved skin health.

Terms & Conditions

• Detailed consultation and determination of body constitution (Prakriti) on arrival.
• Herbal preparations will be provided based on individual body conditions.
• Minimum duration of stay and treatment is seven days.
• Special diet will be provided as per individual body constitution. Please note: treatments may vary depending on the body’s response during the course of therapy.
• Extra adult will be charged at INR 16,500 + 18% GST per night, including all the above inclusions and a rollaway bed.
• Extra child (6–12 years) will be charged at INR 6,000 + 18% GST per night, with all inclusions except spa therapies.
• The package is valid from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026, excluding 24th December 2025 to 1st January 2026.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges if cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date.
• 50% of the total room value will be charged if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
• 100% of the total room value will be charged if cancelled within 7 days, or in case of No Show/Late Cancellation.
• The hotel reserves the right to levy room charges as an early departure fee if the guest chooses to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date.
