Rejuvenation, or Rasayana, means “reversing the aging process,” and this program is designed to help one feel younger. It includes a complete range of Ayurvedic treatments along with other complementary therapies. These therapies work to revitalize and detoxify the body, leaving one feeling purified and rejuvenated.

Ayurveda Therapies
Package cost also includes various Ayurveda therapies, such as Abhyangam, Podikizhi, Elakizhi, Sirodhara, Nasyam, Pizhichil, and Njavarakizhi. (Therapies may vary based on doctor consultation.)
Abhyangam – Not just a muscle relaxation therapy; it is a holistic practice aimed at balancing the body’s doshas (energies), promoting emotional well-being, and enhancing physical health.
Podikizhi – An excellent anti-inflammatory therapy that helps relieve pain, stiffness, cramps, swelling, and inflammation.
Elakizhi – Known for its pain-relieving and detoxifying properties, effective for muscle stiffness, joint pain, and related conditions.
Sirodhara – A deeply relaxing and calming treatment that promotes mental clarity, relieves stress, and enhances overall well-being.
Nasyam – Helps cleanse the upper respiratory tract by draining excess mucus.
Pizhichil – A muscular rejuvenation therapy where therapeutic oils penetrate deep into the tissues, soothing aches, reducing stiffness, and improving flexibility.
Njavarakizhi – Offers stress reduction, muscle relaxation, and improved skin health.
Terms & Conditions:
- Detailed consultation and determination of body type on arrival
- Herbal preparations will be provided based on individual body conditions
- Minimum duration of stay and treatment: seven days
- Special diet as per body constitution will be provided
- Treatments may vary depending on the body’s response
- Extra adult: INR 16,500 + 18% GST per night (includes all above benefits + extra rollaway bed)
- Extra child (6–12 years): INR 6,000 + 18% GST per night (includes all benefits except spa therapies)
- Package is valid from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 (excluding 24th December 2025 to 1st January 2026)
Cancellation Policy:
- No charges if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival
- 50% of total room value if cancelled within 14 days of arrival
- 100% of total room value if cancelled within 7 days or in the event of a no-show/late cancellation.
- The hotel reserves the right to levy room charges as an early departure fee if the guest chooses to check out earlier than the confirmed date
