Mental wellness encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. According to Ayurveda, stress or mental illness is caused by an imbalance of the gunas (rajas, tamas, and sattva). To restore balance, Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation offer a holistic solution.
Our approach is rooted in Ayurveda and complemented by other systems such as yoga, various meditation techniques, herbal formulations for internal use, and traditional Ayurvedic therapies. Additionally, we offer personalized care to guide you toward a stress-free life.
Note: The Ayurvedic doctor will recommend specific therapy sessions following a thorough consultation.

Ayurveda Therapies
Package cost also includes various Ayurveda therapies, such as Abhyangam, Podikizhi, Elakizhi, Sirodhara, Nasyam, Pizhichil, and Njavarakizhi. (Therapies may vary based on doctor consultation.)
Abhyangam – Not just muscle relaxation; this holistic practice helps balance the body’s energy (Doshas), promotes emotional well-being, and enhances overall health.
Podikizhi – An excellent anti-inflammatory therapy that helps relieve pain, stiffness, cramps, swelling, and inflammation.
Elakizhi – Known for its detoxifying and pain-relieving effects, especially effective for joint pain and muscle stiffness.
Sirodhara – A deeply calming treatment that promotes mental clarity, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being.
Nasyam – Helps cleanse the upper respiratory tract by draining excessive mucus.
Pizhichil – A muscular rejuvenation treatment where therapeutic oils penetrate deeply to soothe aches, reduce stiffness, and improve flexibility.
Njavarakizhi – Offers benefits such as stress reduction, muscle relaxation, and improved skin health.
Terms & Conditions
- Detailed consultation and assessment of basic body type (Prakriti) upon arrival.
- Herbal preparations provided based on the individual’s body condition.
- Minimum duration of stay and treatment is seven days.
- Special diet provided according to body constitution. Please note: treatments may vary depending on the body’s response during the therapy period.
- Extra adult will be charged INR 16,500 + 18% GST per night, including all above inclusions and a rollaway bed.
- Extra child (6–12 years) will be charged INR 6,000 + 18% GST per night, including all inclusions except spa therapies.
- Package is valid from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 (excluding 24th December 2025 to 1st January 2026).
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation charges if cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date.
- 50% of total room value will be charged if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date.
- 100% of total room value will be charged if cancelled within 7 days, or in case of a No Show / Late Cancellation.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if the guest chooses to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date.
